Both, and it is decided before the session starts. If you arrive with a specific knot, the session is therapeutic and focuses on that area. If you want to switch off, it is a full-body relaxation massage. Many clients alternate depending on the week.

No. I bring a professional table, sheets, towels, oils and heat. You only need a two by two metre space and a power outlet. Setting up takes under ten minutes.
How much does a mobile massage cost in Panama City?
From 65 US dollars for a 60-minute session, travel and set-up included. Packages of 5 and 10 sessions lower the cost per session. Prices are confirmed on WhatsApp when you book.
